How To Request A Medication Refill
Please note it can take up to 48 hours to process refill requests. Your pharmacy will contact you when your prescription is ready.
Call your pharmacy to request medication refills. The pharmacy will contact us if an updated prescription is needed in the event there are no refills remaining.
Please note: We only accept ELECTRONIC refill requests. We no longer accept FAX requests. Please make sure to relay this information to your pharmacy.
Controlled substance medication refills:
These are the medications that require a new prescription each month. Please request through your patient portal.
1) Log into the portal
2) Under current medications, click request refill
3) Select the medication you would like to refill. You can select multiple medications if needed.
4) Click refill request
5) Select the correct pharmacy that the prescription needs to be sent to.
6) You may add any comments to the provider, if needed.
7) Click submit
If you have trouble accessing your portal, our receptionists will be happy to assist you with your login information.
Please note: Multiple calls to our office may delay response time. Phone requests can take up to 72 hours.
